PHP Form Wizard demo 1.2

PHP Form Wizard is a tool for create or load an html form from other pages.
When we open the program we can see two box, one of them is for load an html form and the other box is for Load a Html Form From URL.
The other options that we can select are: Send email to owner´s form with all fields data, Send a confirmation email (autoresponder), Insert fields data into a MYSQL table, save fields data in a text file on your server, embed result pages in the script or my form doesn´t include any data. And we can select the date form too.
After select all the options that we want, we can click in the next button , then we can add a validation we can select between: don´t validate, number of characters, compare with another field, upload a file, numeric range and more types of verification.
The next is the email message, if we select it like an option, the confirmation email to visitors, save the field data in a text file on your server in this step we can choose the file type, name, the separator, the fields to save and the end of line.
In the next step, we can save the fields data in a MYSQL database running in our server.
And in the last step we can add our PHP Script Destination, insert a header file in the result page and a footer too, a message for the users and block certain IP´s.
After that, we can generate our php form, is a useful program that let the people with zero knowledge of php, get their form ready for use.
